Session 01 - Oakhurst, Near Neverwinter

General Summary

Gathering of the Damned in Oakhurst. Met mysterious halfling on the run from Order of the Gauntlet. Halfling wanted for murder of Shanva. Marcheon Heste (Order of the Gauntlet) is the local military leader heading up the search along with previously being engaged to the deceased. Heard rumors in Pour Decision Inn about Belak the Outcast and the Gulthias Tree somewhere north at a Sunken Temple and the missing adventurers last seen 3 weeks ago. The party is ambushed by 5 Goblins from the Durbuluk tribe while traveling on the "Old Road" towards the Sunken Temple. The party defeated the 5 goblins, but suffered significant injuries and camped near some ruins near the Old Road. Approached by "Tamm" who identifies himself as an ally of the mysterious halfling (both Harpers) he has been "undercover" as an Order of the Gauntlet soldier at the Pour Decision Inn with Marcheon Heste. He provides additional information about how the Gulthias Tree must be destroyed.
