Session 02 - Sunken Citadel, near Mt Hotenow

General Summary

The party continued their journey to the Sunken Temple and began their descent underground. The party was ambushed by 3 Giant Rats after descending down ropes to the first level of the temple. The party continued down several flights of stairs before finding the entrance into the temple. The party discovered and defeated an ice mephit and a steam mephit in barrel kegs. The party stumbled upon Kobold beastmaster Meepo, who was distraught after losing the White Dragon Wyrmling, Calcryx to an Orc raiding party. Meepo formed an alliance with the party and brought them to Yusadryl (Kobold Leader) who agreed to provide Meepo to the party to battle the orcs and return Calcryx to their custody. Party killed a total 6 Goblins of the Durbuluk tribe in 2 separate skirmishes. The latter skirmish, saw Meepo receive a fatal wound by one of the goblins. Ironically, the party found Calcryx, the white dragon wyrmling imprisoned shortly after Meepo's death. The party decided to the let the white dragon wyrmling free in exchange for treasure within its captive lair.
