The Alarphon of Marsember

Caddell Griffith seeks out the advice of the Alarphon of Marsember, Rizfeld Halfmoon.

Caddell Griffith introduces himself and the party to Rizfeld Halfmoon, who is the Alarphon of Marsember. Rizfeld informs the party that his spies have uncovered evidence that Oharn's superiors were involved with the Cult of the Dragon. He also suspected Oharn was involved as well and proceeds to ask everyone to describe anything unusual they may have observed Oharn say or do that could either absolve or prove Oharn's connection to the cultists.   He also informs the party that through interrogations, he has learned of an ambush set by the Cult of the Dragon against one of the rival cults in Marsember. He believes the second cult involved might be from the Church of Shar, but his intel is very limited in this area. He requests the party to investigate these claims and potentially capture and detain one of the cultists from the Cult of the Dragon. He wishes to interrogate the cultist to find out what their motives are.
