Constables Badge

The Colonial Rangers have in thier possession a large bronze coin which poorly has engraved "Phandalin Constable" across its centre.
Underneath the words appears to have a rough outline of a female head.
However on the reverse side they can dimly make out a previous inscription around it's edge.
"In service to.....ymora" - "Sister Gar...." It's hard to read... and the rest is lost to time.
However anyone looking at this side can clearly see that the centre has a beautiful women sitting in a throne holding up 3 fingers. The appears to be.. Dwarven/Elven/Human/Halfing
