Curse of Ythryn

If one thing is certain in Ythryn it's the existence of the curse that resides on its silent streets.
This curse brought about the Nothics, transforming netherise mages and wizards into horrid monstrosities who crave flesh. It also may of prevented forms of magic from function, namely teleportation magics, from working.
The creation of this curse is unknown. It could of originated from the lich Iriolarthas but his motive in making such a curse is unclear. It could of been any manner of god or goddess with a score to settle with the city, but one thing is clear. This curse was crafted with powerful magics to prevent the wizards from escaping their icy grave in the Reghed Glacier and keep others from entering it.
