The streets are always lit, with trolley carts riding along rails moving between the thick crowds while the stern judging gaze of the clocktower looks down, always ticking. Inventors pour in from all countries to see the technological innovations made here, and to request funding from wealthy investors seeking to patent the newest best selling products to ship across Faerun. Here is also where you can most commonly find primitive robots, working tirelessly in the vast factories of the richest and most powerful elite of Rei. All of these things, including the scandalous entertainment districts, the slums outside the great star fortress walls, the great clock towers and factories are what define The Star City, where nothing hinders progress.

Geography

The city of Rei is centered upon one large hill where the star citadel shines surrounded by grassy plains of the Greenfields. In its southern territory stand large mountains where many minerals and stones are mined. In its north are The Woods of Sharp Teeth, where much of domestic timber is cut.
