The Sixth One

Don't Let Harbin Talk

The group parleyed with the Orc King Obould. They scrambled to steered Harbin away before he could make anything worse, as well as an old soldier named Daran.

Three Days' Grace

The king demanded justice for his son's murder. He gave the group three days to deliver the culprits to him, alive, as well as the location of the Wave Echo Cave. The Regulators agreed, but also planted the seed that the murder may have been a result of his lieutenant, Druigig, organizing an uprising against Obould.

We'll Handle This

Back at town hall, Sildur told the group he would cover for them for now, but could not sacrifice the town for them. They quelled a small riot that began when a concerned citizen began pointing fingers at Kneel, and they also threw Harbin in jail to keep him out of trouble.

A Clue, Watson

From there, the group began talking to the townsfolk, trying to gather some leads about "the murderers" as well as anything that might help against the Orcs.
Gundren, of course, knew the location of Wave Echo Cave. He suggested using the forge in the cave to create weapons to defeat the Orcs. He also offered to take King Obould there if there were no other option.
Daran talked about the Old Owl Well, saying he'd seen some undead there and believed a netherese artifact could be found there.
Quelline said to find Reidof, a druid, in a place called Thundertree. She said he'd probably know where the Cave is, and might even know who the murderers are. He's in Thundertree looking into reports of dragon cultists.
Omar introduced the group to his friend Luis. Luis was very excited to tell you the results of his investigation, wherein he discovered the myth, the legend, the black spider, was actually a rumor inadvertently created and perpetuated by Omar himself and did not, technically, exist.
After having Sister Garaelle use their Scroll of Augury for them, the party chose to go to the Old Owl Well.

Mmm, Whatcha Thay

Once there, the group encountered a necromancer who happened to be a Red Wizard of Thay. Negotiations broke down before they began and a small skirmish ensued. They managed to defeat the wizard and found a large helping of treasure, including a strange Raven statuette.
