Skeemo was a part of the five-man party The Doom Raiders, following Davil Starsong to Waterdeep where he became the Waterdeep Zhentarim's Master of Magic. Seeing an opportunity, he allied himself with Manshoon's Zhentarim faction. When found out, Davil hired Last Call to take care of the problem.
