The last warden of the Citadel of Grey Exile. Filge was also a pen pal of Balabar Smenk (Hank Selbar), who served as Filge's confidant. Filge unwittingly revealed the Citadel's locations to Smenk who, in turn, shared that knowledge with the Ebon Triad and facilitated the Citadel's capture.
