A shady cutthroat whose main concern was his own skin. A skilled manipulator, Selbar (if that is even his real name) has shown skill in disguise, black market trade, illicit business operations, hobnobbing in elite circles, corpse smuggling, and even hedge craft magic. He harried Triple T in one form or another from before they even set foot in Winterhaven. Only when the party finally captured and jailed him in the Citadel of Grey Exile did Selbar began to realize there were worse things than the Ebon Triad to fear. Something about repeated nights of near devouring by otherworldly aberrations left an impression, apparently.
