Session 23-363: The Aftermath of Wyvern Tor Report

General Summary

29 Mirtul 1491DR. The party, consisting of Seraphina, Merielle, and Hans, emerged victorious after confronting a band of orcs within a cave south of Conyberry. They skillfully captured the orc leader, securing both the threat and a trove of treasures. The loot, comprising 1250XP, 3 bottles of perfume, and a cache of coins, was divided among the party members.
Post-battle, both Sophia and Hans sustained injuries, prompting the need for a period of recovery. Acknowledging the need for recovery, the party decided to initiate a long rest. Merielle assumed the duty of guarding the orc leader. Looking ahead, the group contemplated a journey to Triboar on the morrow, envisioning opportunities for rewards and equipment upgrades.
Merielle, ever resourceful, set about recovering traps and setting new ones. Meanwhile, the party engaged in discussions about their plans for the upcoming journey to Triboar. As part of her efforts, Merielle encountered an elk and skillfully defeated it, ensuring a bountiful harvest of elk meat, hide, and antlers. The loot, as customary, would be evenly distributed among the party. While Hans and Seraphina recuperated, Merielle took charge of cooking elk meat to prevent spoilage. The party then gathered for a hearty meal, consuming a day's ration of elk meat and water. Merielle, the group's adept spellcaster, took a moment to prepare new spells, ensuring her readiness for the challenges that lay ahead.
After completing their long rest, Seraphina skillfully recovered a bear trap as the party readied themselves for departure. With plans to seek rewards for capturing the orc responsible for caravan attacks, the group geared up for the journey to Triboar. Assigning specific roles for the journey, the players assumed responsibilities. Seraphina took on the role of the scout, Merielle the navigator, and Hans the guard. The march towards Triboar commenced.

Establishing a marching order, Seraphina led the way, followed by Merielle and Hans who flanked and guarded the prisoner Orc. Nothing unusual happend along the way as they descended the mountains toward the Triboar Trail which they reached later in the day. As evening approached, the party set up camp. They partook in a meal of elk meat and water. Security measures were implemented, with Seraphina, Merielle, and Hans taking turns on guard duty.
The night passed quietly, with no disturbances reported. The group enjoyed a peaceful rest as they prepared for the continuation of their journey.
30 Mirtul 1491DR. As dawn broke, the party resumed their trek towards Triboar which they reached in the late afternoon. This marks the end of the session.

Rewards Granted

Merielle gained 50xp, one set of Elk Horns, and one Elk Hide. Each player gained 10 5-lb rations of Elk Meat. 2 rations were consumed per player.
