Caspian Bound is a known member of The Crooked Finger.
For all intents and purposes, he operates as an information broker inside the guildhall at Daggerford.
He provided much needed information on the location of a fortress near Mt. Illefarn occupied by Tarven of the Forge to Elena Vaine when the party was desperate for information on Tarven's whereabouts.
