Village Lore

Julkoun was a village on the Delimbiyr halfway between Daggerford and Secomber. It is a vassal of the city-state Daggerford.
It is lead by Mayor Daren Masterfeld. There is a Lord's Alliance military presence in Julkoun, ran by Lord Mason Ritcher.
Jared Koren used to live in Julkoun. He moved to his father's estate in Waterdeep.
