Manpower
A company consists of approximately 40 personnel.
Equipment
Armor:
Askar are issued studded leather armor or may purchase better with their own funds.
Musar are issued chain mail armor or may purchase better with their own funds.
Officers usually choose their own personal armor based on their skill set and financial standing, however, they may draw from company stores of leather, studded leather or chain mail.
Uniforms:

Weaponry
A company is always equipped with swords of one variety or another, with the most common being long swords and scimitars. They are also equipped with either longbows or crossbows.
Vehicles
All troops have horses available if the mission requires it. There are also multiple carts available for heavy transport if the entire company is deployed as a single unit.
Structure
A company consists of two troops of 16 soldiers and a headquarters element of 8 officers.
