Lester

Lester is a halfling festival merchant recognizable by his missing left eye and jittery, excited movement. He specializes in seeling rare and interesting magic items collected from around the world during solstice festivals. He owns a small but colorful merchant cart which opens to a pocket dimension containing his goods and is usually open to unconventional forms of payment, especially those involving sexual favors.
