Mintarn
Mintarn is a small island city located in the Sea of Swords. It was once controlled by The Red Death, but a successful attack by The Drowned Fleet in 106 PU (post union) led to the invading fleet's capture of the city. Mintarn is now considered the pirate capital of the Drowned Fleet and is home to the organization's current Superior Fleetlord. Mintarn's pirate population swells during the first week of Elaesis, during the fleet's Change in Superiority.
Mintarn, unlike Siemba, hosts a embassy to the Sword Coast's cities in effort to facilitate non-violent relations. It also boasts a large battle arena used to train fleet recruits.
