Count Saint Germain

A enigmatic figure throughout history is that of Count Saint Germain. A old man wearing a dapper suit that's always a few years before being in fashion, carrying a cane and a smile. He has appeared in historical texts and inscriptions all the way back to the Days of Thunder. His identity and mission are unknown to all who have not met him personally and event to some who have. But what is known is that when he appears things are about to get weird. Events pertaining to time travel are usually heralded by a appearance by the Count, with him helping to fix what happened either through words or action.

Only a handful of accounts mention his magic which is both powerful and strange. He seems to cast spells either not invented yet, never appearing anywhere, or downright imposable feats of magic. Such spells are ones like a enchantment to remove a dead magic zone or a evocation capable of destroying the physical form of a pit fined in one shot. Other times he does things like split coins into their lower denominations or even create gold and silver, both feats imposable by the rules of transmutation.
