Talis Kasterel
Talis Kasterel (also known as Talis the White) is a female half-elf and member of the Cult of the Dragon. Although a favourite for the position of White Wyrmspeaker, she was passed over by the Cult's leader Severin Silrajin in favour of his friend Varramzord. Talis resents this, having lost faith in Severin's vision of the Cult. She and other traditionalists within the Cult would prefer a return to the dracolich-focused ideology of previous incarnations, and has made efforts to that end. In 1489 DR, she was confronted by a group of adventurers investigating the Cult of the Dragon. She made them a deal - they would leave her alone, and she would provide information on Skyreach Castle and a mountain of treasure they were tracking.
