Whitehorn

Whitehorn is a frontier trading and resupply town located in the White Peaks mountain range, east of the Ride, in the Favored Fields of Chauntea. Its primary industries are prospecting, woodcutting, and mining. The town is a vassal to Phlan, which provides protection in exchange for taxes. Whitehorn is ruled by a merchant council, who elect a Steward to act as a local magister and read the council's decrees. In 1480 DR, the town was raided by barbarians, and large numbers of refugees fled south to the town of Phlan.
