Far in the Trackless Sea, the Kelpie's Kiss finds the Morkoth, which is holding King Hekaton captive. The party boards the ship, defeating the crew and rescuing the Storm King. Right as the party begins to teleport away with the conch, Slarkrethel appears, and they narrowly avoid his tentacles.
Returned to Maelstrom, King Hekaton invites the party to travel with him and a storm giant to the Anauroch Desert to defeat the dragon that began the plot to spark a war.
