The secret lord of Luskan, Jarlaxle Baenre, invites Sariel's party to a dinner. Although his goal is securing Wislaw's support for his city's entry into the Lord's Alliance, Sariel leaves an impression on him. When the party returns to Luskan a tenday and a half later, Sariel has a dinner by herself with the drow mercenary.
