THE HARPERS

"Down with tyranny. Fairness and equality for all."

The Harpers are a scattered network of spellcasters and spies who advocate equality for all and, conversely, fight against abuse of power and magic. 
They have risen, been shattered, and risen once again many times during its long history. The autonomy and decentralised nature of its members are one of the reasons it has managed to fight back time and again; it's not easy for its enemies to kill off a snake with so many heads. The small cells and lone operatives that work across the continent of Faerun do interact to share information and offer help to each other, but are essentially working independently from each other.
