A (secretly Zhent-owned) tavern in the Dock Ward, its waterfront location does not hide its dubious and dilapidated nature. However, its ambience is totally in keeping with the majority of its clientele - sailors, dock workers and low-life scum.
The bartender, BERCA, knows exactly who she works for but doesn't necessarily call herself a Zhent; she's happy with the pay and the added security that the Zhent can provide whilst running one of Waterdeep's less desirable drinkeries.
