Percy Steelwright

Percy Steelwright is the proud owner of The Four Wheels Workshop. He is a middle-aged human artificer with a greying beard, perpetually covered in a thin layer of oil and soot. Percy's intelligent, blue eyes twinkle with enthusiasm whenever he talks about his craft. He can often be seen wearing a leather apron adorned with pockets, filled with a multitude of small tools.
