Harbin Wester
Harbin Wester is the townmaster of Phandalin. He's corpulent and pretentious banker, who spent his days sitting at the desk in the Townmaster's Hall. Harbin was later on stripped of his townmaster title.
After the discovery of Wave Echo Cave, he set on building the bank of Phandalin and was responsible for the record keepings in Phandalin.
