Uthor
Imperator Uthor is a royal captain and the younger brother of King Hekaton, to whom he serves as a faithful and trusted advisor to the throne in Maelstrom. Despite sharing many of his brother’s negative viewpoints on smallfolk, he is widely considered more rational-thinking and as such is often the calming voice to the king’s outbursts and was the one who suggested Serissa take up throne in her father’s absence.
Uthor had discovered Queen Neri’s body following her murder, which he had falsely believed was committed by the Lord’s Alliance.
