Cloudy Thoughts
Choose one creature within range that you can see to be the target of this spell. On its next turn, that creature’s movement is halved, it may only take an action or bonus action, and it must make a Wisdom saving throw at the end of its turn. If it succeeds, the spell ends. If it fails, the impairments to movement and actions remain, and the creature also becomes dull-witted and unable to think clearly, suffering disadvantage to all Wisdom saving throws and Concentration checks to concentrate on spells for the duration. The creature must also make a successful Concentration check in order to cast a spell.
A creature affected by this spell makes another Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the effect ends for it.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd.
