Shortbow

Proficiency with a shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it. Shortbows deal 1d6 piercing damage on a hit.
Ammunition. You can use a shortbow to make a ranged attack only if you have arrows. Each time you attack with the shortbow, you expend one arrow. Drawing the arrow from a quiver is part of the attack. At the end of the battle, you can recover half your expended arrows by taking a minute to search the battlefield. If you use a shortbow to make a melee attack, you treat the shortbow as an improvised weapon.
Range. A shortbow's normal range is 80 feet, and it's long range 320 feet. When attacking a target beyond normal range, you have disadvantage on the attack roll. You can't attack a target beyond the shortbow's long range.
Two-Handed. This weapon requires two hands when you attack with it.
