Trident

Proficiency with a trident allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it. Tridents deal 1d6 piercing damage on a hit.
Thrown. You can throw a trident to make a ranged attack. You use your Strength modifier for the attack roll and damage roll.
Range. A trident's normal range is 20 feet, and its long range is 60 feet. When attacking a target beyond normal range, you have disadvantage on the attack roll. You can't attack a target beyond the trident's long range.
Versatile. This weapon can be used with one or two hands. The trident deals 1d8 piercing damage on a hit when used with two hands.
