Fredericks' Fabulous Haberdashery & Clothier

Located in the Trade District of Waterdeep not far from Piergeiron's Palace, it is a well known and popular clothing store which also is known to occasionally be able to do some minor enchantments on jewelry and trinkets. It is jointly owned by Frederick, a Gnome artificer, and Frederick, a Human enchanter.
Malice Bloodmoon famously commissioned Frederick to make a pair of boots for him out of White Dragon scales, which Malice provided from the dragon known as Glazhael the Cloudchaser whom The Iron Company defeated before escaping the Cloud Giant's Castle. Malice also had Frederick enchant the boots with a Mending spell so that they would always clean and repair themselves.
Frederick took this idea and, while not as exotic as Malice's White Dragon Scale Boots of Mending, has sold several other pairs of boots enchanted with Mending; they've become quite the fashion statement in Waterdeep society.
Later, Malice returned with more White Dragon scales, this time taken from the dragon known as Oyaviggiton (aka "The White Death) which The Iron Company defeated in the Sea of Moving Ice. This time a White Dragon Scale Hat of Mending was commissioned, with Malice hinting that he would hopefully return with various colors of chromatic dragon scales with which to eventually fashion other garments to be enchanted likewise.
Some discussion has been mentioned of Malice's percentage for Frederick using the "of Mending" label but no formal agreement yet exists, although Malice has mentioned passing that he would like to start his own enchanted clothing line.
