HotDK 7: "Into the Cave" (the story of Pubert and the Iron Gnome is born)

You enter the cave and begin to search for any clues as to the plans of the Cult. Just a few yards in, a two person ambush of sorts is spotted and dispatched quickly. Following the southerly tunnel they were hiding near you discover a barracks full of cultists which through cunning (and a certain amount of luck) are also dispatched, but not before a few flee down a eastern passageway; the words "Go protect the mistress" are heard being shouted to them as they go.

After the battle, a quick check of another room just above the barracks reveals over turned crates and trash with roughly 16gp of coin and jewels strewn about as though they were dropped during a hasty exit. A sleeping cultist, surrouded by several empty wine bottles, is found here as well clearly passed out. Brehanna dispatches him with a dagger cut of the throat.

Now, about that eastern passage out of the barracks...
