The Scarlet Sash had come into posession of a diary of one Sarah of Yellowcrest Manor and discovered that the girl's ghost was bound to the tome. The contents revealed some dark and disturbing facts about her employer in life, Lord Viallis Yellowcrest, and the Scarlet Sash emplored Bardak and the Planeswalkers to investigate as the final stage in Bardak's petition to join the Scarlet Sash.
