High Tech Inquisitor of the All-Mother

Nomorrians have a duty to their creator to keep certain technology that was developed by Nomorria that she deemed too dangerous for anyone to use. Thus the creation of the Tech Inquisitors was later created to make sure that such technologies are not found by others except for them which will be hidden or destroyed depending on the tech. Only the High Tech Inquisitors and the All-Father have access to the archives that describe what they are and what they do. It is considered part of the religious order that developed after her death.
The High Tech Inquisitors are one of the few that can call upon the reapers if they need their combat strength to fulfill their duties. The Tech Inquisitor forces only organize in squads and very rarely do they use a full military force for any task. The High Tech Inquisitors are the only ones with the authority to call on the military for such things and are stripped of power after doing so. To this day, not one has had to go that far since the All-Father is usually involved if it gets to that point.
To earn the title of High Tech Inquisitor takes decades of study, service with the order, and several different members vouch for their loyalty and piety and they themselves are in good standing. They will shadow the more senior of their rank and they first get the title to help them understand their new duties and to be sure they truly fit the title before they are given access to the Archives. There is another secret kept that the archives that are first given access to are fake and are not told about it until 3 years of service after receiving the new title. There are normally only 9 High Tech Inquisitors at one time, but there is a way to increase that number if all the current High Tech Inquisitors agree to do so or if the All-Father comes and requests it to be done in person. The only reason this would happen is if there are too many investigations for them to handle that average Tech Inquisitors are not authorized to investigate.
The title of High Tech Inquisitor can only be given to Nomorrians. Other cybernetic sentient beings that were created by other factions or races are not able to become Tech Inquisitors since that would expose them to many secrets and the All-Mother tasked them with this duty. They see that it is a burden they must bear for the All-Mother and the All-Father. There is no restriction on the gender of the person holding the title like many other roles in the Religious order of the All-Mother.
