Female marred to the King, Or a female ruler who inherent the title.

Appointment

By marriage or inherent. With a crowing ceremony. If by marriage the crowing is part of the marriage ceremony. If by inherent than a grand coordination is placed before the people much like a king. A Queen by marriage can also gain a coordination if the king died childless. When a Queen inherit the title she gain the honorific of Blessed to note she is the high authority when married and it her bloodline that will inherit the title.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The Queen can be removed preforming act that conciser treason by law or king.
