Bloodfang stands tall and hulking, his menacing presence instilling fear in those who dare to cross his path. With an animalistic demeanour, Bloodfang exhibits an uncanny ferocity and a complete lack of mercy. His goal is to establish his own dominion of desolation, a twisted empire built upon the suffering and enslavement of others. Bloodfang was once a loyal member of the Master's army, a formidable force of super mutants, and other mutated creatures. His original name has long been forgotten, buried beneath the weight of his transformation and his service to the Master's vision of unity.
As one of the Master's most trusted lieutenants, he underwent the transformation into a super mutant willingly, becoming one of the Master's favoured experiments. The FEV's transformative effects enhanced his physical attributes, but it also amplified his aggression and instilled in him an animalistic nature.
When the Vault Dweller emerged as a formidable adversary and ultimately destroyed the Master, the once-unified army of super mutants fell into chaos. Bloodfang, now free from the Master's influence, ventured out into the wasteland alone.
