Duties
Overseers manage the Vault's residents, resources, conflicts and experiments. They are often the ones required to make tough calls when survival is on the line, and are the leaders of their Vaults.

Overseers are provided with their own special quarters and office, the knowledge of the vault's true purpose, the evacuation commands and access to the Vault's armory.
