Fallout: Washington The Columbia Wasteland

Fallout: Washington is my personal addition to the Fallout setting consisting primarily of the areas around south-eastern Wasington state. This is in no way meant to be official and is entirely fan-made.   The Tri-Cities in the 21st century of the Fallout Universe experienced rapid growth following the increasing popularity and use of nuclear products, largely thanks to the Hanford Site which saw increased activity from corporations like West-Tek to produce wartime materials- namely Microfusion Cores and Cells- during the 2060's and 70's.   The Tri-Cities was seen by the US Military during the Cino-American War as a distribution and production center, further inland than Seattle or Portland and protected from Chinese stealth assets coming in by sea. As such, West-Tek Corporation, General Atomics International, and RobCo Industries all established large presences in the region and their influence greatly effected what became of the Tri-Cities after the Great War of 2077.   Post-War, the Tri-Cities and surrounding area became more informally known as the Columbia Wasteland. As of 2289, very little has occured in terms of societal healing due to the large amounts of mutant creatures and hostile armed groups.   Its a brave new world out there, and you've got to be a part of it whether you like it or not.
