Dhekius- the magic within

magic comes from a force within. Magic is part of everyone and everything, but despite having magical powers within them, not all beings are able to utilize them. These differences could easily create conflict, but so far it has done the opposite by creating specialized jobs and teamwork.
More and more research is being put into discovering what the limits of magic are and what the most efficient ways of using magic are.
