Conference Call® is a brand name crystal enchant made from divination magic. Widely thought of as the less predictable cousin to ReCall®, Conference Call® has come unto its own as an important tool for various populations and professions.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Conference Call® gives users visions similar to those received when one comes into contact with divination magic. The visions varies wildly, from pleasant visions of a time long gone to depressing visions of an apocalyptic tomorrow. One unique property of the substance is the ability of multiple individuals to share a single vision when the substance is taken as a group. More curiously, if a part of an individual is mixed with Conference Call® the visions become tailored to the specific individual.

History & Usage

Everyday use

Like many other crystal enchants Conference Call® is sold for recreational use. Due to the unpredictable properties of divination magic, however, it is less popular than other perception altering crystal enchants like ReCall®. Instead, Conference Call® has found popular use by groups of amateur diviners.

Industrial Use

It is rumored that Conference Call® is used heavily by all diviners, including Astralshaper herself and the Vicarvoyancy Assembly, in lieu of having actual divining abilities. Though whether or not this is true or started by certain individuals to amuse themselves is up for debate.

Hazards

Consumer Warning- Due to the use of divination magic in this product long-term exposure may lead to divination poisoning. Symptoms of divination poisoning include hallucinations after initial high (flashbacks), migraines, and internal hemorrhaging.   • Moderate Intoxication: Roll advantage with proficiency on investigation checks; Roll disadvantage on deception and intimidation.
  • Heavy Intoxication: Roll advantage with proficiency on all intelligence based skill checks; Roll disadvantage on all charisma checks with -2 charisma
  • Dreaming: Can roll 1d20 + wisdom modifier to read another player/npc's mind. Fail all charisma skill checks.
