Valok is said to be a Quasi-deity, formerly a goliath adventurer, who through the help and beliefs of his traveling companions began his ascension to godhood. He strives to be a god of Endurance, companionship and love, who encourages cooperation and trust in your fellow brother and sister. This Companionship extends even in death, and whilst your allies may fall, they remain alive as long as you remember and honor them.

Light Domain

The majority of the followers of Valok draw their powers from his aspect of light. The purity, honesty and bluntness of the light, is typically what attract those, who wish to go take the trials of the Lightbringer.

Grave Domain

Although they are few in numbers, the grave cleric followers of Valok, draw from the more personal aspect of his ways. The grave domain in the following of Valok is a neutral domain, seeking to help others, reach peace before their demize. Many see the arrival of a grave domain of the lightbringer, as an omen of clusure with the sick and old.

Traditions

Those who choose to follow in the way of the Lightbringer, as clerics of his might often shave their heads when they first become disciples. Later on, many choose to be tattooed, to symbolise their connection to his spirit.

The Godhand represents the strength necessary to rise above challenges, and to stand proud. It depicts the hand of one, who has emerged victorious from their hardships, and now bask in the sun
