How to sign up?
One does not simply become a Merathull. The destroyers of undeath are reborn into the lifestyle, and no real posibility of retirement. Once you become a Merathull, you'll stay a Merathull.
Powers
Athough the process of joining is not public knowledge, however it is known that new members live for a very long time, it is said that no Merathull has ever died in the comfort of a bed (without being assassinated that is). They seem to enhance their bodies with some sort of power, slowing their ageing process.
They are also said to posses great power over the elemental forces, bending them to their own will.

Qualifications
- Physicality: One is required to be in top shape.
- Mentally: One has to be resistant to common and uncommon phobias alike.
Career Progression
One transition via tutor ledge, until one has proven the ability to stand alone. Progression through the ranks of the order after one's tutor ledge has ended is based on ones tenure and their ability to prove themselves to their peers and the higher-ranked members of the order.

Payment & Reimbursement
Most work is freelance, which the Merathull are sent for, called for and more often than not stumbles upon. Some villages and townships will send a letter directly to the guildhall others would rather send word to their ruling lord for him to send official word to the guild, where a trainee and a tutor will be dispersed or a higher-ranked member for tougher foes. All payment goes directly to the Merathull who completed the quest. However, if the Merathull is paid more than a single gold coin, at least one of these has to be given to the guild as a tribute.

The organization is old, and although the precise date is not specified, the organization is known to have stood with the Doomguards at the hells' gates.
