History

Long believed to have been the last remaining dragon on the continent, Rathra is said to have been a tyrannical green dragon, ruling over the nothern parts of the Great Haexica. The titans are said to; never have traversed north-west of the Great Haexica, making it the only place where the dragon would have been able to rule.
