(NPC) Daniel Hargraves

Daniel Hargraves (465 AQ - 498 AQ) is a Farran artisan and member of the Golden Sons gang. Daniel Hargraves grew up in Vaclav in a rich family. He was a determined social climber, he met and began working with Lamar Auralias. When Auralias set up the Golden Sons gang, Hargraves was quickly recruited and moved to Kimbol to assist his rich patron achieve his goals.
Hargraves was instrumental in beginning the undergorund war that allowed the Golden Sons to rise to power. He tricked the Diplomats into kidnapping the son of the leader of the Covenant gang. The Golden Sons then spread rumours that a rival gang, the Reformers, had taken the young man. This lead to rapid increase in violence across the city and the Golden Sons took over in the resulting power vacuum.
Hargraves participated in El Nochte Triste, helping to kill nobles targeted by the Golden Sons. When Occam began his purges in 497 AQ Hargraves had to flee Kimbol. Hargraves travelled with Auralias briefly before they were tracked down by Razors in Mitraz. Auralias abandoned Hargraves to capture in order to escape himself, only barely escaping the assassin's stake himself.
Hargraves was given a show trial in Kimbol, found guilty of treason and sedition, and hanged in 498 AQ.
