(NPC) Lord Galahar

Lord Galahar (402 AQ - ) is a halfling noble, and politician of Farrah. Galahar was installed as lord of what was once Levinas in 488 AQ after it was annexed by Farrah.
Lord Galahar ruled this restive domain with a combination of great reward for loyalty and harsh punishment for treachery. With the coffers of Farrah open to him, Lord Galahar was able to keep the population under control. Galahar earned some respect from the locals during the Goblin Wars when he lead the defence of Phobos. Galahar's quick action in evacuating those north of the Great Gorge saved many lives. Although those locals were not happy to be forced off their ancestral land it was only through quick, brutal action that they were able to survive.
Galahar gained a reputation for such decisiveness. Although not directly involved, he claimed credit for the daring raid by the Razors of Phobos in 502 AQ which killed Lamar Auralias.
When Wells Fargo collapsed Galahar lost a lot of his financial support. The disappearance of Occam, a native of Levinas and popular in the east, also caused unrest. The people of the east began to riot and revolt. When the Sword of Levinas appeared in Phobos in the hands of Sara Lachmore, riot turned into open rebellion. Galahar was overthrown and vanished in the chaos of the coup.
Galahar escaped Levinas and spent a time in Kimbol, lamenting the loss of his Lordly domain. He then moved to take command of Nightsun Island - technically a part of the Eastern Lordly Domain  and still within the control of Farrah.
Galahar now oversees naval patrols and military readiness on this strategic island.
