Maestro
Fartharia's name for a "Chancellor". Oversees the meetings of the Concerto and intervenes/passes judgement when needed. This title has not been used since The Breaking 300 years ago.
Qualifications
Must have served as a Voice for a minimum of 5 years.
Appointment
They must be put forward as a candidate by a fellow Voice and then voted in via majority rule.
Duties
To put the best interests of Fartharia above all else and allow democracy to maintain course.
Responsibilities
Must remain neutral in any conflict.
Has the ability to make executive rulings but can only execute powers only as a last resort when no decision can be reached.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Inappropriate Executive power usage, Criminal activity.
