Session 27

General Summary

After arriving at the airship they are met with the familiar faces of Nariyah, her brother Azrael, Xazik and Devlin. After a quick tutorial The Guardians take flight on a days trip to Armunia Kratero. Along the way, The Guardians put the Airship through it's paces after which, two Couatls give chase and attack the party.
Afterwards the Guardians go down for a Long Rest and wake up the next morning arriving in Armunia Kratero.
They park at the the docks at the top of the Harmonic Spire and find the archways leading into the building are boarded up, they break in and find a stain glass mural the pictures the Alliance of the Mighty, additionally they find a series of charis that encircle a main chair that rests on top of what looks to be a table. they find runes on each chair and those same runes where the fingers would rest on the arms of the main chair. upon pressing the runes, the main chair swivels to look at the chair that "Called it".
They find a door behind the mural and press a rune beside it. The doors slide open and reveal, what Wembly calls, a Crystal Guardian of the Harmonic Spire. The Crystal begins a scan of each person detecting an Alliance weapon on each person except Nariyah and Glan who trade a weapon back and forth confusing the Guard. They escape into the "elevator" and float down to the main floor. As they make their way towards the entrance the Guardian gives chase behind them and they escape outside as it reaches them, it appears to not be able to cross the threshold and walks back into the Spire.
The Guardians decide to return to the Sunguard Estate and meet Anastasia Sunguard once again who embraces them all with a big hug. Wembly then reveals he final surprises. She was able to graft the hand and leg of the Warforged, from earlier in their adventure, onto Alexander and Derik. However Derek is now missing an eye and confined to a wheelchair until he learns to walk again.
Pleasantries are shared.
