Session 28

General Summary

The Guardians are informed that there was an attack on the prison which held Lillith for her safety. When they arrive they find the remnants of a massacre, guards patrolling, evidence of portals and Warforged, and bullet holes everywhere.
They go into the basement and find more bodies, blood everywhere and evidence of a firing squad lined up outside of Lillith's cell but no body in the cell, just a pool of blood, assumedly hers.
They find a hole leading above ground with a trail of blood leading away from the prison. They follow the trail back into the Prasta District for 20 minutes until it stops in an are with alleys leading everywhere and a tavern, The Wide Window.
The Guardians split up with Siofra heading for The Wide Window. She enters, orders a drink and begins question the person sitting next to her. This man turns out to be a 7'5' Goliath with a beard, a mohawk and a dead eye. His name is Castiel and he knows where Lillith is.
Being an overly cautious man he agrees to lead the Guardians to where she is but seeing as there's no way to tell who is a changeling and who isn't, he threatens them with death if they so much as sneeze wrong.
As they are walking, more Goliaths that look eerily similar to Castiel begin to appear, 7 total including Castiel. After 30 minutes of travel and winding their way through a couple of houses, they arrive at Lillith's hiding spot and identifies the Guardians before the other Goliaths decapitate the Guardians.
Castiel explains that the other Goliaths are his brothers Rastiel, Mastiel, Bastiel, Zastiel, Tastiel & Darren. He also explains that they found Lillith bleeding out in the middle of the muddy streets and took her in viewing her as a fellow outcast with her telling them her story.
Castiel tells the Guardians that he and his siblings have been outcast of Gretland by their former clan due to them being viewed as weak.
The Guardians take their leave and take Lillith back to The Sunguard Estate. When they arrive they find the mansion empty but see the kitchen door ajar. They go to investigate and see the back of a figure slumped over a table with a half drank bottle in their hand. It is the familiar figure of Anastasia Sunguard.
Thus Ends Session 28...
