Session 34

General Summary

When the Guardians wake up they decide to infiltrate the Lewearbre to find evidence against the High Seat. They decide to loot the guards of their armor and weapons. Carl and Alome don the armor while Xavier and Siofra go invisible after they head over to Lewarbre. As they are about to enter there is a ruckus coming from an alley way as there is a newly deceased corpse. A captain of the guard stops Alome and Carl to question why they are walking away from the commotion. They are able to weasel out of the conversation by giving fake names. They enter Lewearbre and while Carl, Siofra and Xavier try to find the High Seats Chambers, Alome Watches the counsel room to warn the party if Mercilla is heading to her room. The Guardians find the enterance to the chambers and Xavier gets his arm stuck in a trap.He is able to escape and The Guardians are able to get past the lock. They see a book that an unseen Servant is watching over, they try to take it and the Unseen Servant attacks. They defeat it and begin to search the Chambers. Siofra finds an Animate Bear Rug, Xavier finds Vampiric Mist and Carl finds a Book Mimic. Alome is discovered and is successfully able to make an escape and finds Gildar. The Guardians defeat the monsters and the mimic reverts back to the book they were looking for. They go into the Main bedroom and find Gladious, he tries to escape but the Guardians tie him down, shove a grenade in his mouth, tie a string to the grenade to pull the pin and jump down the newly revealed escape hatch. The string goes taught for a fraction of a second.
