The Insurgency

A very, very small group that uses terrorist tactics to fight against Vortigarr. Their numbers are so small that they wouldn’t win in a war against Vortigarr. They don’t care if innocents get caught in the crossfire, and are viewed as Terrorists due to their Hit & Run tactics. The peoples of the galaxy have given in and have climatized to Vortigarr’s rule and feel no need to fight against him. The Insurgency will be destroyed eventually, not a matter of IF but a matter of WHEN.
