Treaty for the Welfare of Sensing Species

This treaty was made to protect species used in potions and rituals live. Many species were upset about this tradition of animal cruelty. With the treaty, Magibles banned the use of specific species in potions (though some parts such as hair or scales might still be donated) and required Magibles to kill or knock out lesser wholy used species before adding them.
